Come and sit with me for an hour.

Who I am in that hour depends on you
I read where you are, and I meet you there. Often it is more than one of these in the same conversation.

Sometimes what you need is for someone to see what you have been carrying, and say plainly that they see it. That alone moves things.

Warm, unshockable, entirely on your side — and honest with you in the way only a friend can be
A guide
I have walked a great deal of this ground, with myself and with others. I know where the turns are, and I will tell you what I can see ahead.
A coach
When you already know what you want and something keeps stopping you, I will hold you to it — gently, and without letting it slide.
And then we begin to map
By the end of the hour, we will both know something neither of us knew at the start. Where you actually are. Where you want to be. And the first stretch of road between the two.
That map is not something I hand you. It is something we find together — and once we have it, we walk it at whatever pace belongs to you. Some people take one step and that is enough for now. Others keep going for years. Both are right.
