Empowering Life Practices

Most of what I do, I do for you. This is the one place I teach you to do it yourself.

A healing works on you. A reading tells you what is there. A practice is different — it is something you carry out of the room and keep. A way of breathing, of sitting still, of turning a thought around, that is there for you at three in the morning
when nobody else is.

That is what this session is for. You arrive wanting to be able to do something, and you leave able to do it.

EMPOWERING LIFE PRACTICES

45 minutes

$150

In person in Udaipur or via video

What You Learn Here Stays Yours

One practice, taught properly — until you no longer need me in the room

One practice, properly

A session teaches you one practice, properly — to the point where you can do it alone, correctly, without me in the room.

Not a tour of six techniques you will half-remember by Thursday. Most people have already had that experience — a workshop, an app, a video — and found that nothing stayed. What stays is one thing, learned slowly enough to become yours.

If you want another practice afterwards, come back for it. Many people do, and each one builds on the last.

Three streams

Every practice I teach belongs to one of three. Your body, your soul, your mind — the same three that everything at iSoul is built on.

Body Gateway

Practices that work through the body

The body often holds something long after the mind has moved on from it. A tight chest, shallow breath, a jaw that never quite unclenches. These practices meet that directly, through the body itself rather than around it.

Breathwork · Somatic release · Body flow · Grounding

Tending to the Soul

Practices for stillness, intention and the inner life

For the part of you that is quieter than the day allows. Learning to be still without it feeling like effort, to hold an intention clearly, and to give shape to what you want before you go looking for it.

Meditation · Visualisation · Manifestation · Intention-setting

Master the Mind

Practices for the thinking self

How attention moves, and how to move it back. How a thought that has run the same groove for years can be turned. How to listen to the quieter knowing underneath the noise, and learn to trust it.

Reframing · Negative to positive · Focus · Sharpening intuition

Which practice you learn is chosen for you, not from a menu.

Tell me what you want to be able to do, and I will bring the one that fits — because the meditation that settles one person does very little for another, and the breath that calms one body can agitate the next. Choosing correctly is the first part of the work, and it is mine to do.

Come if —

  • Your mind races the moment your head touches the pillow

  • You have tried to meditate and it has never stuck

  • You react before you can stop yourself, and regret it afterwards

  • Your breath is shallow and you only notice when someone points it out

  • You want something to reach for in a hard moment that does not depend on anyone else

  • You already practise, and want to go deeper with someone who can see what you cannot

How a session works

Before we meet, you fill in a short form — what you are looking for, what you have tried, what helped and what didn't. It takes about three minutes, and it lets me arrive already knowing where you are and what you want — so the session begins with you, not with paperwork.

The first few minutes are spent making sure we have chosen correctly. The rest is yours — and by the end, the practice is too.

If you come back for another, we begin where you left off.

What you leave with

• One practice, learned properly — the kind you can do without having to think about how
• Something to reach for at the exact moment you need it, wherever you are
• An understanding of why this practice suits you, so you trust it enough to keep going
• How long to do it for, how often, and how you will know it is working
• Independence — which is the point. You should not need me to do this

I have downloaded every meditation app there is and deleted every one of them. What Surbhi gave me was a single breath practice, three minutes long, taught until I could feel whether I was doing it right. I use it before every difficult meeting. It is the first thing in years that has actually stayed.

— Deepika R., Pune

I came wanting to feel calmer. What I got was the ability to sit with something uncomfortable for long enough to understand it, rather than reaching for my phone the second it appeared. That turned out to be the thing I actually needed. It was not comfortable to learn. It has been worth everything.

— Zara H., London

If you want the full picture

This session teaches one practice at a time, and that is deliberate.

If you would rather have your practices chosen and sequenced for you — across the body, the soul and the mind, built around your particular design and what is actually happening in your life — that is what Breakthrough Design is for. Three sessions, and a complete path mapped out rather than one piece of it.

Learn something that stays with you.
